I've got team members that have been with me for a long time. I've had team members that are in and out, you know, what are the, what are the best qualities in a team member? How do you keep them? How do you write recipes? So people understand them. [00:14:56] They enjoy the ease of technology. They've understood. Hey, I can do this before I leave the house. And then when I get there, it's ready for me. So I don't need to wait in line and I don't need to do all of this stuff.
